During ISAT week, Kinders kept busy learning all about the solar system and it's elements. Students tested their homemade rockets when mother nature decided to let the sun finally come out.
Students have been working diligently on learning to measure with standard measurement units using their inch rulers. They have been doing a fantastic job on measuring perimeter using the rulers and adding to find the final perimeter. Room 202 voted to decorate our door from the book The Lorax. We had a great time working diligently to construct a unique door. While we didn't win the Literacy week competition, all the students had a fun and memorable time creating!

I love teaching math. I have taught this math curriculum for twelve years. I love knowing it inside and out and changing it to fit the needs of my learners. I am very dedicated in making sure each student understands the concepts and help them apply it to their daily lives. It is extremely important to lead students to make connections of what they learn in math to real life problems. CategoriesArchives
